Tour itinerary:


Ascent by bus to an altitude of 1,900 metres, short stop

Ascent by jeep bus to the main crater to an altitude of about 2,850 metres with licensed CAI (Italian Alpine Club) guides. Opportunity to walk and admire the sunset at a safe distance from the central crater

Darkness allows you to observe possible volcanic activity. Meeting the sunset and return to the altitude of 1900 metres

Dinner in a typical restaurant at the foot of the volcano at an altitude of 1900 metres (not included in the tour price).

Return around 23:30

What you need to know:

- We strongly recommend warm clothing and closed sports shoes

- Boots and jacket can be hired for €5 each.

- Ascents are contraindicated for people with heart conditions, asthmatics and pregnant women

- Ascents to the authorised areas of the Etna craters are always accompanied by CAI (Italian Alpine Club) guides, who are responsible for the safety of travellers and are subject to the decisions of the relevant authorities regarding the daily changes in volcanic activity that affect the altitude reached.

- Departure times may vary depending on the season and time of sunset.
